LAURENCE BANNERMAN

Laurence Bannerman, laureato in architettura, ha trenta anni di esperienza nel settore pubblico e privato della sosta in Italia e oggi è consulente nazionale e internazionale. E’ esperto in sviluppo e gestione di sistemi integrati di sosta, parcheggi, mobilità e progetti di rivitalizzazione urbana. Nel settore pubblico è stato il primo Direttore della divisione parcheggi della S.T.A. S.p.A. (Autorità per la mobilità della città di Roma) implementando e gestendo i primi 50.000 posti auto tariffati su strada e attivando i primi ausiliari, il sistema di permessi per residenti e la rete di 15 parcheggi di scambio. Nel settore privato è stato Direttore Business Development e della Divisione Sistemi Urbani del gruppo multinazionale Saba Italia S.p.A. Oltre all’attività di Consulente e Presidente di EPA-European Parking Association (che conta 23 paesi membri e 46 milioni di posti auto tariffati) oggi è Segretario Generale di AIPARK-Associazione Italiana Operatori Sosta e Mobilità, Componente gruppo di lavoro del progetto UE Push & Pull, Consulente tecnico d’ufficio in casi di arbitrato, Presidente del Comitato Scientifico e Tecnico per i congressi internazionali dell’EPA, Autore di pubblicazioni tecniche e articoli di stampa, ed è chiamato a partecipare a programmi radiofonici e televisivi. Laurence vive in campagna a est di Roma con la moglie e i loro cinque cani.

MASSIMO MARCIANI

Massimo Marciani is a statistician, sustainable mobility expert, and specialized in transport policy and planning and sustainable mobility; his competences include: mobility management - communication, promotion and branding - transport authorities and contracting – project monitoring, evaluation, bench-marking and management - institutional strengthening – shared and soft modes (car sharing, car-pooling, bike sharing, bicycling and walking) and vehicle technologies - international networking and lobbying - keynote speaker, presenter, moderator and organizer of conferences - articles / proceedings / publications. Founder of well know Italian consultancy firm FIT Consulting, he has an experience of almost 30 years in the field of sustainable mobility having coordinated and participated in over 60 national and European R & D projects.
He is the author of over 50 publications on innovation applied to the mobility of people and goods. Currently he acts as advisor and consultant for several Italian municipalities, ANCI, Ministry of Infrastructures and Transport and for the main logistics associations. He is also a consultant for the Italian Road Freight Transport Board, technical coordinator of the Ministry of Infrastructures and Transport on urban logistics, technical consultant for the European Commission's Expert Group on Urban Mobility and Chairman of the Technical Committee for Freight Transport (World Roads Association), President of the Urban Logistics Commission of Assologistica. He was one of the founders of the Italian City Logistics Association. He is invited professor at the Luiss MBA School and co-director of the Link University MSc on Sustainable Mobility and Transport.

FABIO MOSCONI

Nato a Milano il 29 settembre 1961. Laurea al Politecnico di Milano – Facoltà di Architettura con indirizzo “Programmazione, progettazione e produzione edilizia”. Dal 1984 ad oggi in ATM S.p.A., Azienda Trasporti di Milano, si occupa dal 2001 di sosta in struttura e su strada, partecipando fin dall’inizio ai lavori ed allo sviluppo dei progetti aziendali. E’ a capo della Direzione Sosta, Controlleria, Parcheggi e Servizi Diversificati, che si occupa, con un gruppo di 500 persone, della gestione di 20 parcheggi in struttura, per circa 20.000 posti auto e di 85.000 posti a pagamento su sede stradale, nonché della controlleria sui mezzi e nelle stazioni metropolitane. Come Project Manager, ha seguito la creazione del sistema di Bike Sharing della città di Milano, e ha seguito l’attività di progettazione dei parcheggi Castello/lanza, Castello Paleocapa e Lambrate a Milano. Ha inoltre seguito come consulente la redazione del piano parcheggi della citta di Monza e partecipato all’ATI tra ATM e Line S.p.A. per la gestione della sosta e dei parcheggi della città di Lodi. Ha fatto parte di Associazioni e Società in qualità di membro effettivo o consigliere:
- società MIPARK S.r.l. (società del gruppo ATM detenuta al 51% da ATM S.p.A. e al 49% da Q-Park società olandese di gestione parcheggi);
- società GUIDAMI S.r.l. (società di car sharing del gruppo ATM); - CEDA, cooperativa edilizia dei dipendenti ATM. Fa parte del Consiglio Direttivo di AIPARK
– Associazione Italiana Operatori Sosta e Mobilità, con delega ai rapporti con ANCI e con le Pubbliche Amministrazioni, e del Consiglio di Disciplina ATM.

ENRICO PAGLIARI

Born in Rome, June 14, 1956. Degree in Transportation Engineering at the University of Rome, achieved in 1985 (vote 110/110). Since 1995 in ACI, from 2011 Department Coordinator of Technical Professional Area Automobile Club d’Italia (ACI), has participated in numerous planning studies and projects of mobility, regulation of parking, sustainable mobility, road safety. At international level he collaborates in the activities of the FIA and is ACI representative on the Board of Directors of EuroNCAP and in the Euro TEST. international projects of the FIA Foundation (representative ACI in the board EuroNCAP, EuroTEST, EuroRAP, EuroTAP and project leader European Pedestrian Crossing Assessment). Professor in several courses (topics related to mobility) and master's degrees. Author of publicationson the planning, design, sustainability and security of mobility, in professional journals. Research activities within the Progetto Finalizzato Trasporti 1 and 2 of the Italian National Research Council (CNR). From 1985 to 1992 he worked as a freelancer in the Technical study of engineering “Callori, Ceccobelli, Cecconi, Pagliari”, according to studies, analysis and projects in the area of mobility. From 1992 to 1994 full-time consultant to the company Autostrade International SpA (Autostrade Group) following a number of projects of toll roads in Europe, Africa and America. Since april 2014 President of the Italian Association for Traffic Engineering and Transport, Section Lazio.

OSCAR RODRIGUES

Director at EMEL (Lisbon Mobility and parking Municipal Company) has 20 years of experience in parking operations management. Is nowadays responsible for On-Street and Off-Street operations in Lisbon, but also for strategic planning and international areas. Was part of the team that built Lisbon’s plan for Electric Mobility, under the scope of Governmental Program “Mobi.e”. Working also as consultant in sustainable urban mobility and parking management with participation in several international congresses and meetings. Was the first European parking expert getting “CAPP – Certified Administrator in Public Parking” by International Parking Institute (USA). He’s member of International Parking Institute since 2008.

NIGEL WILLIAMS

Nigel Williams has worked in the French and UK parking sectors for over 30 years. He was Managing Director of Vinci Park UK (now Indigo UK) and Development Director for Q-Park UK. He started Parking Matters the UK based specialist parking consultancy in 2008 and Statiom its French sister company in 2013. Nigel is Chair of the Board of Directors of the British Parking Association (BPA). He is a member of the Board of Directors of the European Parking Association (EPA) and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Alliance for Parking Data Standards which was recently formed by EPA, BPA and the International Parking Institute - USA.
